Grocery List Plus, Inc has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy to our customers and users of the websites, mobile websites, mobile applications, or other online services ("Services") owned or operated by Grocery List Plus, Inc ("GL Plus"). This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which GL Plus uses, maintains and discloses information collected from its customers and users of its Services and describes the types of information we collect from and about you when you visit our website(s) where this policy is posted (or the mobile optimized version of the website) (each a "Site"). It is our goal to be clear and transparent about why we collect information, the information we collect, how we use that information, and the choices you have regarding our use of it. We can also collect, use, and share aggregate or anonymous data that does not identify you. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. The Site(s), and our Services, are intended for general audiences and are not directed at, or intended for use by, children under 13 years of age.

Information We Collect

GL Plus may request or collect personal information from online users in a variety of ways, including through online forms for requesting information or ordering products and services, and other instances where users are invited to volunteer such information. Some of the data we collect is information that identifies you personally, and may include your name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, payment account information, and other information necessary to provide the services requested. If you purchase products or services from GL Plus, we may also request your credit/debit card number or other financial information, along with billing information, so we can fulfill your order or request. GL Plus also maintains a record of contacts for customer or technical support.

You may be able to use some of our Services without providing any personal information to us. However, in order to take advantage of certain features, offerings, or other functions of our Services, you may be asked or required to provide personal information. For example, depending on the feature or service you wish to access, we may ask you to register an account with us or otherwise collect information from you such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card information, household information, demographic information, and/or information about your interests. • represent that you are the account holder and subscriber for the mobile telephone number that you provide, or that you have the account holder and subscriber's permission to receive text messages and/or phone calls at that telephone number;
• agree to notify us promptly if the mobile telephone number you have provided changes;
• agree to indemnify us in full for all claims, expenses, costs, and damages related to, arising under, or caused by, in whole or in part, your failure to notify us promptly if the phone number you have provided changes, including but not limited to, all claims, expenses, costs, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act; and
• understand and agree that based on your plan with your mobile carrier, normal usage rates and fees, including data fees and text message rates, may apply to text messages and/or phone calls delivered by GL Plus or on GL Plus' behalf.

GL Plus may also collect information about how users access our website(s) through cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, third-party services such as Google Analytics, log files, or local shared objects (such as Flash cookies), and other technologies to collect certain information about visitors to our Sites, use of our online services, and interactions with our emails and online advertisements, and to allow us to keep track of analytics and certain statistical information which enables us to improve the Sites and provide you with more relevant content and advertising on our Site and other sites.

For example, through these means, we may automatically collect information such as your browser type, operating system, mobile device type and carrier, Internet service provider ("ISP"), and Internet Protocol ("IP") address. We may also collect information about your use of and interaction with the Site, including the webpages viewed, the date and time you visit the Site, the areas or pages of the Site that you visit, the amount of time you spend viewing or using the Site, the number of times you return to the Site, other click-stream or site usage data, whether you open, forward, or click-through links, emails, and ads, and other Site usage data. When you access our Services via a mobile device, GL Plus or its third-party service providers may collect various information, including the type of mobile device you use, the temporary or persistent device identifier associated with your device, the IP address of your mobile device, the device's operating system, the browser you use to access the Services, information about how you use the Services, the carrier, and your device's location as described below.

You may be able to use our mobile applications to scan barcodes or take images of products or prescription bottles in order to create shopping lists or conduct transactions. To do so, our mobile applications may request permission to access your camera and photo files. Please note that some features of our mobile applications and/or Services may not be usable or available to you if you do not grant us such permission.

Location Information. Our mobile applications and websites may also collect precise information about the location of your device after you permit us to obtain such information from technologies such as Bluetooth beacons, GPS, Wi-Fi signals, or cell tower signals. We may also use technologies to determine if you are shopping in a store by relying on signals transmitted by your mobile devices. We collect this information to provide you with services, content and offers based on your location. For example, we may use our mobile applications to provide you with the location of nearby stores and deals available in those stores. You may be able to enable our Services to notify us when you enter one of our stores so that we can prepare any orders you may have or to let you know about the events and deals available in the store. To opt out of the collection of precise location or presence information, you can adjust the permissions on your mobile device or uninstall our mobile applications.

We may obtain information about you from other sources, including commercially available sources, such as data aggregators and public databases, or social networks that you use to connect with us. This information may include your name, demographic information, interests, and publicly-observed data, such as from social media, online activity, and shopping behavior. We may combine this information with the information we collect from you to help us tailor our communications to you and to improve our services and products.

We also may use third party advertisements placed by ad networks to support our Sites. Some of these advertisers and ad networks may use technology such as cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, log files, or local shared objects (such as Flash cookies) when they advertise on our Site, which will also send these advertisers and ad networks non-personal information including your IP address, ISP, browser type, and whether you have Flash installed. How We Share Information

We share the information we collect within GL Plus, GL Plus Services, and also with our affiliates, service providers and marketing partners who have agreed to the appropriate security and confidentiality requirements. We do not sell or otherwise disclose personal information about our website visitors, except as described here. We do not share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent. We may share the information we collect from and about you in the following ways: (1) among GL Plus affiliates and subsidiaries; (2) to our third party service providers we have retained to perform a business, professional or technical support functions for us, including to the extent necessary or desirable to help run promotions, fulfill orders, complete your transaction, or provide customer service (these service providers may have access to personal information about our Site visitors if it is needed to perform their functions for GL Plus, but they are not authorized by GL Plus to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on GL Plus, LLC's behalf or to comply with legal requirements); (3) as necessary to investigate or prevent an actual or suspected crime or injury to ourselves or others, as permitted by law; (4) if we believe that there has been a violation of our Terms of Use or of our rights or the rights of any third party; (5) to respond to judicial process or provide information to law enforcement authorities, regulatory agencies, or other government officials, or otherwise as required by law; and (6) as otherwise described to you at the point of collection.

In addition, we may share your email address with a third-party, such as a media agency, to send you interest-based advertising on our behalf. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information about you, including based on your email address, with our advertising and marketing partners, and third-party media platforms, including social media sites, to allow them to send targeted advertising messages and/or conduct analyses on our behalf. During the normal course of our business, GL Plus may sell or purchase assets. If another entity acquires us or any of our assets, information we have collected about you may be transferred to such entity. In addition, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, such information may be considered an asset of ours and may be sold or transferred to third parties. Should a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to try to require that the transferee use personal information provided through the Site in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Your Options Regarding Information We Collect

You may choose to:

• Stop receiving marketing or promotional e-mails, direct mail, phone and mobile marketing communications;
• Update and correct the information that you provide to us; or
• Request that we cancel your account or that we no longer use the information you have given us to provide you services.

• Opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications by following the directions in a marketing e-mail, direct mail, or mobile communication that you receive from us;
• Log in to your GL Plus Account to update your information or change your communications preferences;
• Return to the area of our Services at which you signed up for a particular program and modify your information;

• Contact us online with your request and current contact information.

If you opt-out using the directions and/or mechanisms provided in a specific type of communication, please be aware that you may only stop receiving that type of communication unless you exercise another option as described herein. Please note that if you request that your information no longer be used to provide you services, GL Plus or its vendors may retain your information for GL Plus' business purposes, such as for backups, analysis, records of deletions, legal requirements, and data retention requirements or policies.

Your California Privacy Rights

For California Residents: We may share your personal information with affiliated third parties, some of which do not share the GL Plus name, for their own direct marketing purposes. Because this category of affiliates is considered to be "unaffiliated parties" under California Law, you may opt out of us sharing with them. Child Privacy Notice

At GL Plus, we are committed to protecting your child(ren)'s privacy. We developed this Child Privacy Notice to inform you about our information collection practices and policies with regard to the personal information about your children that you provide to GL Plus through the Services. By using the Services, you agree to the terms in this Child Privacy Notice. This Child Privacy Notice is an online notice and applies only to the Services.

GL Plus collects personal information from parents about their child(ren) through the Services in order to provide parents and child(ren) with access to the benefits that the parents have requested. You are sharing personally identifiable information with GL Plus when you register yourself and your child(ren) through certain portions of the Services.

Only parents may register their children on the Services; therefore, GL Plus does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

When you provide personal information about yourself and your child(ren) through certain portions of the Services, that information is collected and maintained by GL Plus and, depending on the functionality of the service or program, by third parties under contract with GL Plus. Those third parties are contractually obligated to keep such personal information confidential and secure.
